「今までで最低」
周りにお店がたくさんある点。
1、スタッフの態度が悪かった。 2、部屋に用意してあるヘアブラシに誰かの髪の毛が挟まっていたし、使ってもない電話の上にも髪の毛があった。 3、宿泊の前に支払い済みなのに、その事を伝えても「未払い」と言われてカードを出した。あとで違うスタッフに確認するとやはり2度支払いしていることになっていた。

「思いがけず世界トップクラスの綺麗な砂浜の海岸をリーズナブルな価格で眺められる洒落たホテル。」
海雲台ビーチ沿いの最高のロケーションです。フロントの人達も親切で両替出来ずに困っていたところ便宜をはかってくれ無事に食事が出来ました。部屋も綺麗で全面ガラス張りの窓からビーチや日の出を眺められました。西バハマで砂浜の綺麗な海岸に感動して宮古島やモルジブに旅行しましたが、海雲台の砂と風景がこれ程素晴らしいと思いませんでした。うれしい誤算でした。ホテルの周りはすべて備わったリゾート地で両替してもらった小銭でクッパや冷麺を無事に食べることができました。
非常に満足していますが、強いて言えばバスタブがない点です。

「海の目の前でとてもロケーションは良く、空...」
海の目の前でとてもロケーションは良く、空港へのリムジンバスもすぐ目の前で乗れます。各階ホテルのキーがないとその階にはいけないのでセキュリティも万全です。 受付の方も日本語が話せる方がいたので とても丁寧に教えて対応して頂きました。 市内をまわるシティバス乗り場も目の前にあります。ヘウンデの駅までは徒歩5分ほどで途中コンビニ、食事、スーパーと何でもあるので便利です。また機会があれば利用させて頂きます。
